We offer annual maintenance on existing nurse call systems as well as new installations. Most clients request one service per year but additional services can be carried out if requested and with maintenance available on any conventional nurse call system as well as most addressable or wireless systems we are confident that we can help.
MAINTENANCE
The Courtney-Thorne wireless system is one of the most advanced nurse call systems currently on the market. The control equipment is a 15” touch screen display, using Windows 7 technology. This can then forward the calls to display units dispersed throughout the site or to pagers carried by staff. The system can also be fitted with Site Mapping, ideal for temporary or new members of staff, Staff ID Tagging that identifies which member of staff attended a room and for how long as well as providing staff with an emergency call button at all times, in order to request assistance.
All of the information that is received by the main control unit can be analysed and reported on. With an internal memory large enough to store all information for up to 10 years, you will be provided with full accountability as well as evidence of action for families or authorities.
The system also boasts IP67 rated Antimicrobial call points allowing the units to be fully submerged for cleaning, the only wireless call point on the market with this ability.
