The Fire Alarm Consultancy Ltd - established in 1998
It was set-up with the principles of customer service and quality installations at its core. We are proud of being a completely independent company, which allows us to recommend the equipment most suitable to your needs.
We have attained Safe Contractor Approval and are members of The Guild of Master Craftsmen (Corporate).
We vow to maintain our levels of customer service by booking all service work with the client to their convenience in advance, ensuring Engineers are always courteous and helpful and also ensuring large and small installations are carried out on time with the minimum amount of disruption to clients.
All of our work is carried out to the British Standard with explanations given in plain English rather than jargon.
Our genuine 24 hour emergency call out service is always answered by a Director to provide the assistance that you need, at any time of the day or night.
We offer fire alarm maintenance and servicing contracts throughout the region, all of the main counties in South West and Central England, including Wiltshire and Hampshire and all of the following towns: Andover, Bath, Bristol, Chippenham, Devizes, Melksham, Newbury, Salisbury, Swindon, Trowbridge, Westbury.

Alex starting working for the company in 2003 whilst still at college and accepted a full time role after finishing his course.

Technical Director
Martyn has over 30 years of experience in the fire alarm industry, starting as a service engineer with another company.

He worked his way to Technical Director with that fire alarm company before setting up The Fire Alarm Consultancy Ltd. His years of experience have given him an excellence in fault finding and an understanding of the way that things should be done.

Katie established the company with Martyn having worked with him for many years and bringing a wealth of experience.
