The Mendip Inn, Gurney Slade, Radstock
The Fire Alarm Consultancy Ltd was invited to tender for the new fire alarm system required for The Mendip Inn project. The old pub was being completely renovated and was to be a stylish, contemporary take on the great British pub.
Aesthetics were key and surface mounted cabling in such a beautiful building would have been out of the question. Because of this we provided an EMS Firecell wireless fire alarm system, with all the control equipment being installed in the private areas the system is hardly noticeable.
The equipment was installed in one day towards the end of the project and was commissioned in plenty of time for the opening night.
The EMS Firecell system was perfect for this project because of its ease of install, allowance for future expansion and subtle design.
